Job Description

  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in US Healthcare Hospital RCM industry with more than 6-7 years as a compliance specialist
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, Facilitation and Presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, Power Point
  • Must possess superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have strong analytical skills
  • Open to work in shifts
  • Open to travel as per business requirement
  • Ensuring rigorous deployment of the risk management process in the unit
  • Managing and governing risks, including monitoring progress of mitigation actions and effectiveness of the same
  • Recommending changes to the security policy as they encounter any change in the working environment
  • Overseeing the investigation of security breaches and assisting with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary
  • Ensuring monitoring of deployment through status reviews and audits
  • Analyzing the security process performance and taking appropriate corrective & preventive measures
