Job Description
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in US Healthcare Hospital RCM industry with more than 6-7 years as a compliance specialist

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent Communication skills, Facilitation and Presentation skills

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, Power Point
- Must possess superior written and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong analytical skills
- Open to work in shifts
- Open to travel as per business requirement
- Ensuring rigorous deployment of the risk management process in the unit
- Managing and governing risks, including monitoring progress of mitigation actions and effectiveness of the same
- Recommending changes to the security policy as they encounter any change in the working environment
- Overseeing the investigation of security breaches and assisting with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary
- Ensuring monitoring of deployment through status reviews and audits
- Analyzing the security process performance and taking appropriate corrective & preventive measures
