OUR MISSION:
Help women over 40 loose weight via intermittent fasting without grueling exercises or restrictive diets so they can feel like their old selves again.
YOUR ROLE:
We're looking for a data-driven individual who's a critical thinker and is either already media buying or looking to transition to digital media buying, and is eager to get a new health offer off the ground.
Your job would be to manage and optimize YouTube ad campaigns for our health offer to ensure high-quality ad channels are created to reach target audiences. Some of your responsibilities include:
-Refining high-level strategy;
-Reporting and data analysis;
-Creating and monitoring campaigns;
-Researching new targeting options;
-Setup re-targeting ad funnel;
-Working with graphic designers to get new images created;
-Working with video copywriter to get new video ads created;
-Auditing the accounts daily and finding points of improvement; and
-Other media buying-related tasks as and when needed.
Skills required:
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you:
-Must have had experience with running Youtube Ads
-Must be well versed in direct response advertising. If you think no one’s going to watch a 30 minute VSL or no one reads long copy then you might not be right fit
-Have an well written and verbal English skills;
-Has previously held roles which required objectively analyzing data to discover how things can be operated differently to generate more value;
-Great attention to detail and critical thinking skills;
-Love what your doing, it's not just a "job"
- Testing, scaling, optimizing, reading data
- Market research (Competitors + Industry)
- Analyze campaigns daily and find what can be improved to increase results over the next 24 hours
- Setting up and Launching campaigns (audiences, ads, creatives)
- Setting up pixels, custom conversions, tracking, etc..
- Daily management of Ads campaigns once they go live
- Managing the budget
- Testing and optimizing
- Killing underperforming ads/ad sets
- Scaling top-performing ones
- Coming up with new strategies for growth improvement and optimization.
Great communication & Excellent standard of English (written & verbal)
