As a Senior Mobile Software Engineer, you will design, craft and take ownership over our flagship mobile trading platform. You will utilize your skills and creativity to create effective, efficient and reliable mobile software systems.
We're looking for a self-motivated engineer with a proven architectural experience in developing native Android applications. We value independence, honesty and unconventional thinking.
Minimum Required Experience:
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience;
- 5+ years of Android architectural design and development;
- In depth knowledge of Java and Kotlin;
- Experience with user interface implementation on mobile and passion for delivering a great user experience;
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming and common design patterns and practices;
- Good understanding of server-client fundamentals;
- Self-motivated and fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and drive.
Ideally:
- IOS applications engineering experience;
- Swift, Objective C knowledge
- Experience working with common software engineering tools and practices (version control, bug tracking, integration, etc.);
- Willingness to learn new programming languages and systems;
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight;
- Ability to develop solutions with minimal documentation and the ability to communicate effectively with others as necessary to extract detailed requirements as needed;
- Any experience in Fintech is a plus.
