We're looking for an ambitious and hands-on Engineering Manager to join our team in building the world's first XR healthcare platform! As our Engineering Manager you will have a central part within the team. From there you will be responsible for overseeing our technical department as a whole. To sketch some context: we don’t like hierarchy and middle managers, we love executors. In this role, you will make the team efficient by functioning as a team lead and take the responsibility for the technical implementation of tools and code. You will also take the lead in scaling our recruitment and onboarding efforts. You will help our developers with their personal development and by building remote social cohesion. And of course, you will dive into the code and build features yourself!
- You have experience leading and scaling a tech team, especially in a fully remote setting;
- You have a background in computer science;
- You are not a middle-manager and you value doing over talking;
- You are hyped about XR and healthcare;
