SANDBX is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to join our team. As a Senior ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to drive data-driven solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business problems, design and deliver ML solutions, and provide technical leadership in the field of machine learning.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms
- Collect, clean, and preprocess data to train and validate ML models
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and propose ML solutions
- Conduct experiments and analyze experimental results to improve model performance
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements and research in machine learning
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior ML engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning and data science
- Strong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with popular machine learning libraries/frameworks such as (PyTorch/TensorFlow/Jax, XGBoost/LightGBM/CatBoost)
- Proven experience with data processing, model evaluation and experiment tracking
- Thorough understanding of machine learning algorithms and concepts
- Experience with deep learning and neural networks is a must
- Experience in ML models deployment
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Excellent English
