Our Fortune 15 healthcare client is seeking a motivated IT System Admin to join a team that supports the delivery of enterprise healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in IT systems administration and Azure Cloud. As an IT System Admin, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of the organization's IT systems.
*Responsibilities:*
· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
· Perform regular maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and security enhancements.
· Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and other IT teams as needed.
· Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's IT systems and data from unauthorized access, malware, and other threats.
· Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and address potential risks.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to IT security and data privacy.
· Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
*Qualifications:*
· Proven experience as an IT System Administrator, with a minimum of 2 years in IT infrastructure management.
· Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure) infrastructure and enterprise storage solutions.
· Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices, with experience in implementing security controls and conducting risk assessments.
· Experience using GitHub and Slack
· Experience with Symplr (Preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
