Java Architect

We are seeking an experienced Java Architect to join our team at ProArch. As a Java Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance and scalable Java applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system architecture and provide technical guidance to developers throughout the development process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing high-performance and scalable Java applications
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and requirements
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to developers in the team
• Leading code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
• Identifying and resolving technical issues and bottlenecks
• Assessing and implementing new technologies and frameworks to improve system performance and efficiency
• Participating in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and standards

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Java Architect or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Java, J2EE, and related technologies
• Experience developing high-performance and scalable Java applications
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with modern development methodologies such as Agile and DevOps
• Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and cross-functional team environment
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and technologies
