ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a Middle Java Developer in Poland and Ukraine (Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil or Kyiv).
ABOUT PROJECT
Our client is a large financial services company, based in the USA. This company helps financial institutions worldwide grow assets efficiently with its innovative portfolio management suite of data management, investment accounting and performance measurement solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in software development using Java
- Proven experience in Spring Boot
- Experience in SQL, understanding of databases
- Basic knowledge of Python, specifically Flask framework
- Flexibility in working with different programming languages and tools
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Experience with Kafka
- Experience with clouds
- Experience with Snowpark and Snowball
- Design, develop, and maintain reliable software in line with technical requirements
- Analyze requirements, and independently estimate and set up tasks’ acceptance criteria
- Evaluate and coordinate tasks’ deadlines with the Technical Leader or Project Manager
- Apply the best software development practices and coding standards to produce high-quality and performant solutions
- Stay up-to-date with modern technology and optionally obtain professional certifications
- Participate as a trainer or a trainee in various learning programs outside the main project
- Close cooperation with a customer
