Solution Architect

We are looking for a talented Sr. Solution Architect who is eager to help protect primary Global Financial Institutions from the most advanced attacks and fraud patterns. Cleafy Solution Architect must be able to earn each customer's respect and trust through knowledge and service delivery principles, understanding how these fit into our customer's overall environment.

As part of the Cleafy Customer Success team, you will support our customers in deploying and integrating Cleafy Platform solutions to manage frauds at scale. A successful candidate must be action-oriented, capable of effectively identifying customers' needs, and help solve complex technical problems with the ability to present to various external audiences.‍

Responsibilities

  • Design and validate the high-level architecture of the solution (data flows, integration methods, technical processes) in relation to customers' requirements and existing infrastructure
  • Lead, review, and validate technical and functional aspects of a customer integration project including assessment, configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, and go-live support
  • Identify customer needs and map them to technical requirements
  • Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies
  • Investigate and resolve technical problems as they arise
  • Contribute to the development of standardized processes and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of the deployment process
  • Create and maintain documentation regarding installations, procedures, and incidents
  • Engage with customers and guide them in the full adoption of the product
  • Work on new and existing product initiatives and take a lead role in the definition of various product directions
  • Participate actively in hiring activities, training, and team-building activities.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working on system integration in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong technical knowledge in application delivery controllers and load balancers and in one or more other relevant areas for the Cleafy business, like WAF, end-point security, incident response, or network management
  • In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, and other technologies involved in delivering sophisticated web services
  • Knowledge of Docker/Podman container tools
  • Experience with at least one of the main cloud providers' platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex scenarios, and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Proactivity and objectives-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Self-starter, quick learner, and motivated individual
  • Team member attitude
  • Requires availability for travel to meet customers
  • Willingness to adapt and learn
  • Full-time, flexible working hours

Plus

  • BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related disciplines
  • Proficiency in Spanish, French, or German, both written and spoken
  • Basic understanding of Android and iOS platforms and ecosystems 
  • Scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python
  • CISSP, CEH, Security+, Network+ or similar certifications
