Software Engineer, Money Movement

About Paxos

Today’s financial infrastructure is archaic, expensive, inefficient and risky — supporting a system that leaves out more people than it lets in. So we’re rebuilding it.

We’re on a mission to open the world’s financial system to everyone by enabling the instant movement of any asset, any time, in a trustworthy way. For over a decade, we’ve built blockchain infrastructure that tokenizes, custodies, trades and settles assets for the world’s leading financial institutions, like PayPal, Venmo, Mastercard and Interactive Brokers.

About the team

The Money Movement team’s mandate is to provide seamless access to Paxos’s network of tokens and partners. We work directly with payments and web3 firms who are interested in incorporating crypto/stablecoin into their platforms. We are trying to solve the problem of how to provide fast, reliable and trustworthy movements of funds at scale to support clients like Paypal, Mastercard.

About the role

As a Software Engineer on the Money Movement team, you will be directly responsible for building the products that hundreds of millions of people will interact with to transact and transfer assets on/off platforms like Paypal and Venmo.  You’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, mission driven organization that rewards ownership.
