Talent Development - Btech ILP, BSc ILP, DSD Trainer 5 years+ relevant experience in IT IS Domain 

• -- Take end to end ownership of ILP batches 
• -- Connecting with different stakeholders to plan and execute ILP batch. 
• -- Content & Assessment Creation at E0 & E1 level 
• -- Conduct Training at E0 & E1 level 
• -- Data Management in LMS 
• -- Subject Matter expert to resolve queries 
• -- Monitor leaner's performance and provide feedback -- Program managing TD initiatives E2 in any one (In Windows, Unix & Network) and rest of the technology/Functional competency E1 level)
